Sous Chef – Relais & Châteaux – 3 Rosettes

Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum

The applicant for the Sous Chef position must have a strong background in Michelin or AA Rosette Restaurants with great management skills. You will support the Executive Head Chef with all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen operation. Training and kitchen administration is also a key in this role. The role will also require passion about fine ingredients and being creative with menus changing seasonally. This position covers a mixture of straight and split shifts over a 5 day working week.

Chef de Partie – Relais & Châteaux – 3 Rosettes

Salary: Up to £20,000 per annum

The Chef de Partie must have previous experience in Michelin or AA Rosettes Restaurant. You will be actively involved with running sections in the kitchen, and will support the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef with all aspects of the day to day kitchen operation. This position covers a mixture of straight and split shifts over a 5 day working week.

Commis Chef – Relais & Châteaux – 3 Rosettes

Salary: Up to £13,500 per annum

The Commis Chef should have experience with cooking fresh food and be looking to learn and progress to a higher level. This position covers a mixture of straight and split shifts over a 5 day working week.

We are currently recruiting for highly motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join our Food & Beverage Team for this season. We are looking for positions including Junior and Senior Team Members. It is imperative that you are flexible to work a variety of shifts on any day of the week to suit business demands. You will be asked to work as part of the team as well as being able to take your own initiative and work individually. Each of our Team Members should also have good customer service skills, be openly enthusiastic and be well organised. These are very demanding roles and we are looking for someone who has great eye for attention to detail and who takes pride in their work.

Housekeeper

Inverlochy Castle is currently recruiting for the position of Housekeeper.
We pride ourselves on the highest level of service, and attention to detail is paramount. Inverlochy Castle has a long standing reputation as Scotland's finest country house hotel with 17 luxurious bedrooms, a 3 AA Rosette Restaurant and also the longest standing member of Relais and Chateaux in Scotland. We are constantly voted one of the best small hotels in the world.
 
Eligible candidates must be able to ensure standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained at a very high standard in the bedrooms, corridors, and public areas of the hotel. Contribute to the profitability of the Hotel through the operation. To work a consistent five star standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organizational values.
 
Key Responsibilities include: active working housekeeper involved in the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department, ensuring delivery of exceptional guest service from all areas (i.e. housekeeping, public areas, laundry, etc).  
 
The ideal candidate for this position: does not need require previous experience however to be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service, must be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organize and plan ahead and have the ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment.
