We are looking for an experienced/confident Duty Manager/Head of Department to join our management team at Inverlochy. We pride ourselves on the highest level of service and attention to detail is paramount. Inverlochy Castle is Scotland's finest country house hotel with 17 luxurious bedrooms and also a proud member of Relais and Chateaux.
We are constantly voted one of the best small hotels in the world. You should be of the highest professional calibre. You should be able to organize and motivate staff, and not be afraid of hard work i.e. leading by example. A similar role undertaken with in a similar standard of property and environment is essential.

Inverlochy Castle is currently looking for an experienced/confident Sous Chef to join our Kitchen team.

Philip Carnegie, our Head Chef, has led the team for the last 6 years. He is assisted by a brigade of 5 chefs and seeks a dedicated, talented Sous Chef who has experience of working in a Michelin star/three rosette environment or at that level. Candidates should be of the highest professional caliber, able to organize and motivate staff, and not afraid of hard work i.e. leading by example.
We offer a competitive salary with service charge and accommodation if required.
At the present time we can only accept applications from those candidates holding EU passports, candidates must have a good working knowledge of HACCP and an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
