Before you arrive 

We’re always happy to discuss your stay, and you can ask us anything about the accommodation or our booking systems online, by phone, fax or email.  

Let us know if you have any special requests or requirements before you arrive, and we’ll do all we can to accommodate. 

Getting settled 

When you’re making a booking, we’d be delighted to help you with instructions for where to park and how to access the property. It would be our pleasure to collect your luggage from your car and take it to your room to help you get settled.  

Our facilities 

For anything at all, just ask reception. We can share information about our room facilities, bedroom access and shared areas of the hotel. Please note that we are a listed building, so don’t have disabled toilets, or any rooms suitable for disabled access. 

Good to know 

Assistance dogs are very welcome at the hotel for no additional charge. We can also supply large print menus on request.
